The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District will hold its third workshop on implementing the Strategic Toxic Air Reduction (STAR) Program on Thursday, September 7, 2006, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville. This workshop, identified as STAR Workshop 103, will focus on the environmental acceptability demonstrations that are required to be submitted by the Title V companies by December 31, 2006. The District invites representatives of companies subject to the STAR Program, environmental consultants, and the public to attend. Note -The District is scheduling several STAR Program workshops in the next few months developed specifically for the Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP) companies.
