Air Pollution Control Calendar

Between May 14, 2007, and June 12, 2007, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District held a public comment period on a proposed FEDOOP permit renewal for Swift & Company (pork processing and rendering plant), 1200 Story Avenue, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District is scheduling a public hearing on this proposed permit on August 10, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing.

The draft permit is available at the District office, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005
