The Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) Workgroup will hold its inaugural meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, in the Board Room of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville. The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District invites the public to attend.

In January 2005, a new Regulation 1.21 Enhanced Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) Program had been proposed as part of the Strategic Toxic Air Reduction (STAR) Program. Based on the formal comments received by the District, the District decided to withdraw the proposed Regulation 1.21 from the STAR Program package to revisit later as a separate regulation.
