The Louisville Metro STAR Advisory Group will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 17, 2009, in the Board Room of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville. The STAR Advisory Group invites the public to attend.

Agenda

1. Welcome & introductions (10 min) – Dr. Powell
2. Discussion of permits for STAR-regulated sources (50 min)
   1. Environmental acceptability (EA) demonstrations
      1. Should deadlines to submit EA demonstrations or compliance plans for Group 2 sources be extended, and if so, for how long?
      2. Should FEDOOPs be required to perform an EA demonstration for category 2 TACs?
3. Discussion of updating models and model inputs (10 min) – Regulations 2.11 and 5.22
   1. Clarification of District intent on the use of models and model inputs – Kathy Hargraves
4. Discussion of emissions inventories (25 min) – Regulation 1.06
   1. Clarification of District intent on the use of enhanced emissions inventories for TACs – Kathy Hargraves
   2. Should redundant inventory requirements for specific source categories (i.e., auto body shops and dry cleaners) be deleted from District Regulation 1.06 §4?
   3. Should Stage II gasoline dispensing stations be required to report throughput annually?
5. Discussion of postcards for first- and second-tier property owners identified by Metro planning (10 min) – Regulation 5.21
6. Discussion of intermittent rates and maximum ambient TAC concentration (10 min) – Regulation 5.22
