  • Open Records Requests:  The agency provides information and data requested under open-records laws, taking care to maintain the anonymity of citizens who report air pollution problems and to protect confidential business information.

  • Permits:  The Engineering and Enforcement division issues construction permits and operating permits to regulated facilities and conducts periodic inspections to verify compliance. These permits specify emission control devices and/or restrict the quantities of pollutants that may be emitted.
