The Air Pollution Control District is a downlink site for satellite broadcasts, including telecourses, from the US EPA. Some of the broadcasts are free and open to the public. Some EPA telecourses are open to the public on a fee basis. Broadcasts will be shown in the Air Pollution Control Boardroom, unless it is in use for a meeting. In that case, the broadcast will not be available live. APCD attempts to record all of the broadcasts on videotape. See our downlink videotape library.
