Last week, the Policy Committee of the Air Pollution Control Board approved a public comment period for Regulation 2.04. After comments from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), that public comment period has been rescinded until the proposed amendment can be discussed further with EPA and a new version of the regulation can be sent to the Policy Committee for consideration.
