Notice of Public Hearing
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board held a public hearing on June 17, 2009, on a proposed Agreed Board Order with American Synthetic Rubber Company (ASRC), a division of Michelin North America, Inc. ASRC is alleged to have violated District Regulations 2.03 (Permit Requirements—Non-Title V Construction and Operating Permits) and 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits) at the facility located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Oral comments were accepted at the public hearing on June 17, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
