Notice of Action on a FEDOOP with STAR Environmental Acceptability Demonstration
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a federally enforceable District origin operating permit (FEDOOP) with STAR Environmental Acceptability Demonstration to Altuglas International, LLC (chemical manufacturing plant), 4350 Camp Ground Road, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts March 14, 2010 and ends on April 12, 2010. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07. Drafts of the permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Matt King at (502) 574- 6714. Written comments will be accepted by Matt King, Permitting Engineering Supervisor, at the District office until 5:00 p.m. April 12, 2010.
