An Air Quality Alert has been called for the Louisville metropolitan area for Saturday and Sunday, May 26 and 27, 2012. The Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to be in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range. The AQI is expected to reach 103 on Saturday and 102 on Sunday for ozone.

Sensitive groups include children, older adults, active adults and anyone with heart and/or lung ailments.
