for Calendar Year 2011
On January 19, 2011 the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board passed Regulation 1.06 version 9, Stationary Source Self Monitoring, Emissions Inventory Development, and Reporting. This revision to APCD’s emissions inventory regulation has removed the requirement for sources other than Title V plants to submit Annual Emissions Inventory Reports. All Title V sources must submit a 2011 Annual Emissions Inventory Report by April 15, 2012 in order to comply with APCD regulations. All sources must continue to comply with record-keeping and reporting permit provisions and all other regulatory requirements; however, FEDOOP and Minor sources are not required to submit a 2011 Annual Emissions Inventory Report. Also, the enhanced emissions inventory reports are not due at this time from any sources.
If your business is required to report emissions (or throughput or product usage) to APCD, we have provided the forms below for reporting emissions for calendar year 2011. In accordance with APCD regulation 1.06 section 3.4, emissions inventory data “shall be submitted on forms provided by the District, or in an alternate format approved by the District.” The deadline for submissions is April 15, 2012. Please read Instructions E01 for general instructions and additional instructions as appropriate.
