These are meteorological data files for use in ISC dispersion modeling. They are in a column-delimited ASCII text format. These files are approved by the District for dispersion modeling for the Strategic Toxic Air Reduction (STAR) Program. These files are not pre-approved by the District for modeling required by a provision of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) or a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) program or rule.
