Our dispatchers are accessible from 7 am - 11 pm when Animal Control Officers are on duty. To make a service request simply call 363-6609. All calls are anonymous. The more complete and accurate information provided the better we can serve you and the address the situation.
Service Requests Taken by Metro Animal Services Include:
- Cruelty
- Inhumane treatment
- Chaining violations
- Abandonment
- Bite/quarantine cases
- Lack of necessary shelter, water & food
- Lack of veterinary care or grooming
- Unhealthy living conditions
- Confined strays and stray animals at large
