Louisville Man Admits to Dumping Animal in Public Place
Louisville Metro Animal Services’ (LMAS) officers have charged Jamey Osterhoudt with criminal littering and dumping. Osterhoudt admitted to LMAS to dumping an animal at a gas station at Valley College Drive and Stonestreet Road in Louisville after Osterhoudt says the animal, he believes to be a coyote, was shot and killed in Shelby County.
Due to the condition of the animal, LMAS is awaiting results of tests to confirm the type of animal.
This is considered an ongoing investigation at this time.
