SPOT Reservations

Thank you for your interest in our 55 foot mobile clinic, S.P.O.T. (Stop Pet Overpopulation Today). We would love to try to accomodate your request to have S.P.O.T. appear at your community event, festival, fair, or adoption clinic. Please download the form, complete all the required information, and fax it back to us at (502) 363-9742. A representative will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule an appearance.

Please note that in the event of inclimate weather or other uncontrollable events, we reserve the right to cancel a S.P.O.T. appearance up until the day of the event.
