If you're a biker, runner or walker, you can have your own "Share the Road" specialty license plate. You've probably see them around Louisville. As of February 2008, over 6,500 Share the Road plates have been issued statewide, almost a third of those were issued right here in Jefferson County!
How do you get one?
Specialty plates can't be ordered online, like personalized plates can. So to get one in the Louisville Metro area, just visit one of the following Jefferson County Clerk office locations or call them at (502) 574-5700.
