The Bike Louisville Bike Rack Program in Louisville Metro Government is funded by Federal dollars, either through the Transportation Improvement Program or the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program. Both programs are reimbursement programs requiring a 20% local match. Right now, Bike Louisville is unable to use these funds until we are under contract with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. We will be reviewing rack requests when funding is in place.     Louisville Metro installs many “Signature” bike racks throughout the year.
