How can we improve your city website?

Finance 4 U is a financial literacy program designed to teach participants basic money management skills in the areas of budgeting, banking, investing, spending wisely, and developing a savings plan.

This program is limited to Department of Housing and Family Services clients only (no outside referrals). Applications will be on a first come first serve basis. Participants must actively be working with a DHFS staff member.

Participants are eligible if the following criteria are met:

- Below 200% of the federal poverty guideline
- Enroll in Support Services and follow up with program staff for three (3) months
- Provide proof of income and social security cards for everyone in the household
