Heater Assistance Program begins November 2nd
The Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership (CAP) will begin the Heater Assistance Program, November 2, 2009 through March 31, 2010. This program offers space heaters on loan to individuals and families when their main heating source is in need of repair or replacement. 10/19/2009

Pre-Registration for the Heating Assistance Program begins October 5th
Home heating costs can be a large expense for families in the winter, so the Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership (CAP) will begin accepting pre-registration heating assistance applications beginning on Monday, Oct. 5. The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides financial assistance to help citizens pay utility bills.
Pre-registration is only for income-eligible residents who are disabled or elderly receiving social security, SSI, pension or Black Lung benefits. |
