Whitney Bishop is the Executive Director for the Southern Indiana Asset Building Coalition – an organization that provides free tax preparation and financial empowerment programs for individuals and families throughout the Kentuckiana region. Lisa Locke is a Community Development Specialist working in the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
