HOME and NSP Annual Compliance Report

Rental Projects within their HOME period of affordability are required to submit an Annual Compliance Report.  To complete your HOME or NSP Annual Compliance Documentation, complete and submit the following electronically:
  1. Annual Compliance Report
  2. Project Compliance Certification, which includes:
    • Project Questions Form
    • Utilities Form
    • HOME or NSP Occupancy Form
  3. Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (for projects with five or more HOME units and for all NSP rental and Lease-Purchase)
  4. Please scan and email the items listed below to Elizabeth Fick-Koppen or mail to:

  5. Projects current operating budget including replacement reserve deposits/ balance
  6. Projects most recent audited financial statements

Maximum Purchase Price/After Rehab Value Limits

HUD has issued new HOME homeownership value limits, formerly 203(b) limits, that are effective August 23, 2013.

HUD has issued new Maximum Purchase Price or After-rehab Value Limits (“95% limits”) for 2012 that are effective March 29, 2012. PJs whose actual 95 percent limit is below the February 2008 Section 203(b) limit may choose to continue to use the higher February 2008 limit. PJs whose actual 95 percent limit is higher than the February 2008 Section 203(b) limit may choose to use the higher 95 percent limit. PJs that obtain HUD Field Office approval of a PJ-determined 95 percent limit using the methodology described in the HOME regulations at 24 CFR 92.254(a)(2)(iii) may continue to update and use these locally-determined limits.
