The Department of Community Services and Revitalization consists of a Compliance and Administration Division which is charged with compliance and monitoring of all grant funds, the development of the Consolidated Plan, the CAPER (Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report) and many other regulatory issues pertaining to grant funding for Metro Louisville programs and external agencies.

- HUD regulations require that Louisville Metro Government (LMG) receive and consider comments on the draft annual Action Plan for 30 days before submitting it.
