The Revitalization Division works to increase the supply of affordable housing. Division staff work with developers and housing non-profit organizations to expand the housing opportunities available to low and moderate income residents.

New Affordable Homes Now Available on Boxelder Road

The Revitalization Division of CSR, in partnership with the Housing Partnership, Inc. (HPI), is proud to announce there are six new homes available for sale or lease-purchase on Boxelder Road, off of Cane Run Road in South Louisville. The homes are move-in ready, Energy-Star rated, ranging in price from $120,000-$130,000.
