Affordable Housing Development Program

The Revitalization Division is committed to the development of affordable housing in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.

Our goal is to offer housing choices to a range of homebuyers and renters, by creating “quality of place” neighborhoods, with a diverse blend of affordable housing types, supported by public facilities and other amenities.

In furtherance of our departmental mission, the Revitalization Division is pleased to announce the Louisville Metro Government (LMG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

The funding focus for this NOFA is for HOME Investment Partnerships (“HOME”). LMG will make up to $4,000,000 available, contingent upon subsequent appropriations. Please see details related to the application process in the Guidelines and NOFA Request link below. Thank you for your interest in developing affordable housing in Louisville Metro.
