Community Services and Revitalization
The leadership and staff of Louisville Metro Community Services and Revitalization (CSR) place great value on recognizing the achievements of our employees as well as the clients and residents whom we serve. Celebrating these accomplishments reaps numerous benefits which include:
- Provides the opportunity to say “congrats and well done”.
- Instills a sense of pride in our work and in our community.
- Inspires other individuals to set goals and strive for excellence.
Staff RecognitionIn May 2013, CSR introduced two Employee Recognition Awards — The Power of Achievement and Power of Service. The Power of Achievement Award is intended to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond the normal standard to accomplish a specific task. The Power of Service Award recognizes employees who have provided quality reliable service for an extended period of time.
Both awards take into account how the employee’s contributions have enhanced CSR’s mission as well as qualities such as teamwork, productivity and great customer service. The Power of Achievement will be awarded on a monthly basis and the Power of Services will be presented quarterly.
