Staff Recognition

In May 2013, CSR introduced two Employee Recognition Awards — The Power of Achievement and Power of Service. The Power of Achievement Award is intended to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond the normal standard to accomplish a specific task. The Power of Service Award recognizes employees who have provided quality reliable service for an extended period of time.

Both awards take into account how the employee’s contributions have enhanced CSR’s mission as well as qualities such as teamwork, productivity and great customer service. The Power of Achievement will be awarded on a monthly basis and the Power of Services will be presented quarterly.
