Meditation comes in a lot of shapes, sizes, and varieties. While it can be a spiritual practice, it certainly doesn’t have to be. At its simplest, it is a form of being aware of one’s inner landscape and surroundings on a moment-by-moment basis. It is a skill that is cultivated over time. What is challenging, yet beautiful, is that there is no right or wrong way to meditate. It is simply a practice.

Most of our programming incorporates meditation at some level as a means to support inner peace, emotional and mental balance, and self-awareness, which is the foundation of all true paradigms of wellness. At Wellness 360, meditation is taught in a completely secular way, and is compatible with any faith or spiritual tradition. In fact, we strongly encourage anyone to explore meditation as a way to deepen one’s own experience in any way he or she sees fit.
