We Need You!

VOLUNTEER POSITION

We need “Event Ambassadors”. Event Ambassadors will:

• Hand out bike route maps
• Encourage attendees to sign up for door prizes
• Point out all the event features – booth locations, where to pick up free give aways, pot-o-lets, etc
• Assist riders to get to their proper staging area for the beginning of the ride

HOURS

We need “Event Ambassadors” for a 2-hour shift.

Report to the Information Booth at 8:30 am and work to 10:30 am.

REPORT IN

All “Event Ambassadors” will report to the Information Booth before 8:30 am on Monday.

At the Information Booth, volunteers will be trained, receive their staging positions and receive their T-shirts.
