Volunteer at the Mayor’s Office for Community Relations and Events!

Gain valuable experience and/or community service hours for your resume. Whether you are looking to perform community service hours for school, work, fraternity or sorority or looking to expand your resume, you can help yourself while assisting with fun events for your community.

Some of our larger special events include: The Mayor’s Memorial and Labor Day Hike and Bikes, Light Up Louisville and the Mayor’s Family Friendly New Year’s Eve. Some of the volunteer duties include greeting guests, passing out t-shirts, carrying parade signs and collecting evaluations.

Volunteering for one of these special community events is an opportunity for you to meet other individuals with similar interests and skills. Volunteers make these events successful and your help is much needed and appreciated!
