Winter Wonderland Parade
Volunteers Needed
Sign Distributors – Assemble time 1:00 p.m. Volunteer Duties include: dispensing signs to units, work in pairs to distribute “signs on a stick” to each unit.
Number of volunteers – 10
Sign Carriers – Assemble time 2:00 p.m.
Volunteer Duties include: walk the route carrying sponsor thank you and unit signs and return signs to assembly after the parade.
Number of volunteers – 112
● Lead Parade Banner Carriers – Assemble time 3:00 p.m. FILLED
Volunteer Duties include: walk the route carrying parade banner at front of parade and return banner to assembly area after the parade.
Number of volunteers – 4-5
● Co-Grand Marshal Banner Carriers – Assemble time 3:00 p.m.
Volunteer Duties Include: walk the route carrying the Co-Grand Marshal Banner at front of parade and return banner to assembly area after the parade.
Number of volunteers – 2
● Inflatable Handlers – Assemble time 1:00 p.m.
Volunteer Duties include: walk the route handling an inflatable during the parade, paying special attention to the safety of the inflatable and the public, and returning inflatable to assigned area following the parade.

● Wendy’s Frosty Award Banner Carriers – Assemble time 3:00 p.m.
Volunteer Duties include: walk the route carrying award banner in front of winning unit and return banner to assembly area after the parade.
Number of volunteers – 3-4
● Final Parade Banner Carriers – Assemble time 3:00 p.m.
Volunteer Duties include: walk the route carrying parade banner at end of parade and return banner to assembly area after the parade.
