Downtown Will Glow at Light Up Louisville 2009
Mayor Jerry Abramson announced today that Light Up Louisville will return for its 29th year on Nov. 27. New features include the “Run Run Rudolph” 5K run in the afternoon and an evening parade of lights. The “Light Up” displays and lights will be featured nightly throughout the holiday season.

Mayor's Hike and Bike Set for Labor Day
Thousands of cyclists and walkers are expected to join Mayor Jerry Abramson at the 10th Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Subway Fresh Fit Hike & Bike on Labor Day, September 7, beginning at 10 a.m. at Waterfront Park. 8/6/2009
Studio2000 Summer Art Sale
The annual Studio2000 Summer Art Sale will take place on Friday, August 7 during August’s First Friday Trolley Hop at St. John’s United Church of Christ’s Parish Hall. Prices range from $10 to $300. Proceeds benefit Studio2000. 5/7/2009
