Beginning May 10, 2010, an additional service has been added to allow money to be posted to an inmate’s account 24-hours, 7 days a week: Immediate facility notification of all payments when using:

· Toll-Free Telephone: 1-866-232-1899
· Online: www.touchpaydirect.com please use the facility ID 240202 for the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
· Kiosk: Located in the Exit Lobby at Louisville Metro Corrections - Liberty Street side at 400 South 6th Street.*
· Credit Card Machine: Available to inmates at booking in the Intake Room at the Jail.
Forms of payment accepted to send money to inmate’s account:
· Cash money: Exit Lobby kiosk ONLY
· Visa/MasterCard Debit/Credit: Kiosk location only.
· Green Dot Money Pak®: Kiosk locations
To make payments, you must have: Inmate’s Name and CIN# and facility ID 240202 .
United State Postal Service Money orders can be used to add money to an inmate’s account at Louisville Metro Corrections. Western Union Quick Collect payments will NO LONGER be accepted after December 31, 2010. United States Postal Service money orders are the only money orders that will be accepted. Other types of money orders will NO LONGER be accepted after January 2, 2012.
Money Order Payment Information
United States Postal Service money orders must be filled out properly to be accepted. Make the money order payable to: Metro Inmate Fund with the inmate’s name, CIN or Booking Number written in the memo section of the money order.
USPS Money orders can be dropped off at the Exit Lobby of 400 South Sixth Street Louisville, KY 40202 between 9:30AM and 12:30PM M-F. Closed on weekends and Metro Holiday's.
Effective March 15th the new window hours will be
10:30 AM-12:30 PM.
