2011 Child Support Insert

Jefferson County Attorney Mike O’Connell published the sixth annual list of delinquent child support obligors Sunday, August 28th Louisville Courier-Journal.
This year’s list contains 3995 names, last known addresses and the amount of child support owed as of August 3, 2011. Individuals listed owe a collective $88 million.
“Our purpose in publishing this list is to get location information on these individuals,” said County Attorney Mike O’Connell. “We need for the public to read the list, then call us at 574-0821 with location information.”
The printed insert lists 500 names and addresses. Additional names may be found at

"This is just one of the strategies our office uses to collect the support these children need, but it is one of the most successful,” said O’Connell.
Five previous inserts have resulted in the location of more than 4,000 individuals and $2.1 million in child support collection.
