The Ethics Commission of Louisville Metro Government administers the Code of Ethics as governed by Ordinance 71, Series 2003, for elected and appointed officials, specified employees, and family members where applicable. The areas covered include the following:

  • Protection Against Reprisal

  • Advisory Opinions

The members of the Ethics Commission, appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Metro Council are:
