H1N1 Clinic This Saturday, Nov. 21st!
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Urban Government Center, 810 Barret Ave.
The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness will hold another clinic to immunize those at high-risk from H1N1 flu. The Department has 3,000 vaccine doses available for this clinic - about 1,500 nasal mist doses and 1,500 injections (shots).
The walk-in clinic will be held at the Urban Government Center located at 810 Barret Ave. Those wishing to be vaccinated should enter through the South entrance (Neighborhood Place)
Second H1N1 Clinic Tuesday, Nov. 24th!
3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 S. 34th St.
This walk-in clinic is being held with help from the Medical Reserve Corps, a national network of volunteers who donate their time and expertise to supplement existing public health and emergency resources in communities across America. In Louisville, the Medical Reserve Corps operates out of the Louisville Metro Emergency Management Agency.
