The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is committed to supporting the wellness of the citizens of Metro Louisville using the Spectrum of Prevention as our model:


The wellness programs and classes provided address the first two levels of the Spectrum of Prevention: Promoting Community Education and Strengthening individual knowledge and skills.
