Stop Smoking Classes
The Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness and the Kentucky Partnership in Cancer Control offers classes that can help you stop smoking. The classes use the Cooper/Clayton method, a 13-week course that meets one hour per week and uses nicotine replacement products and group support. Thousands of people have used these classes to become nonsmokers and so can you.
Classes are free and many sites also offer nicotine replacement products free of charge. Registration is required. For more information or to register, phone 574-STOP (7867).
