The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness Office of Faith and Health brings together faith organizations and health agencies in a common goal to improve the health and well-being of the citizens of Louisville.
We can help your faith based organization:
- Establish health programs aimed at bringing vital information and programming to your members
- Provide training to leaders on health initiatives
- Offer technical and planning expertise to implement and ensure continued success of health programs.
