What is WIC?
WIC brings more to the table than good food.  WIC is for good health. WIC, helps you get answers to your health and nutrition questions.  WIC helps mothers make infant feeding choices and encourages breastfeeding support, childhood shots and children's growth checkups. WIC teaches. WIC provides good food like milk, eggs, cereal and juice.  WIC families get monthly supplies of foods high in protein, iron, vitamin C and calcium.

WIC is a program that provides nutrition education and special foods to:

  • Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding or post-partum
  • Infants age birth-1 year
