The Louisville Metro Housing & Community Development Emergency Repair Program is designed to provide low to moderate income residents of the Metro Louisville area with assistance for emergency repairs.
To be eligible for the Emergency Repair Program:
- The applicant must be owner-occupant of the property and have resided in the home for at least one (1) year.
- Household must be within the income guidelines.
- Property can only receive assistance every five years.
- Property must be within the Louisville/Jefferson County area.
An inspection by Louisville Metro Housing & Community Development will determine if your repair is considered an emergency.
