NSP Quarterly Performance Reports
Pursuant to the October 6, 2008 Federal Register Notice establishing the NSP, grantees are required to prepare, report, and publicly post performance reports on a quarterly basis. Federal HUD will use these reports to closely monitor NSP activities to reconcile budgets, obligations, fund draws, and expenditures; to calculate applicable administrative, public service limitations, and overall percent of benefit to low-income, moderate-income, and middle-income persons, and to watch for anomalies or performance problems that may suggest fraud, waste or abuse.
