Pre-approved Contractors
The Division of Housing and Community Development welcomes contractors interested in working with its programs. This list includes contractors who have provided evidence that they possess licenses and insurance appropriate to the industry. Inclusion on this list does not represent an endorsement or recommendation by Metro Louisville.
In all programs, clients are free to select contractors not included on this list. However, before undertaking work assisted by the programs, such contractors must provide evidence of licenses and insurance required by Metro Louisville.
