The purpose of the Disability-Accessibility Complaint Portal is to centralize and streamline complaints regarding inaccessible places, especially those to persons with disabilities, inside Louisville Metro.  The Human Relations Commission will serve as the preferred starting point for complaint evaluations, assessments, and processing, including complaint referral to appropriate agencies when necessary.
