Apply for New Service
Our New Services department accepts applications for new meter installations, irrigation services, fire protection services, fire hydrant installations, fire hydrant flow testing, and requests for water main extensions.
Costs for services vary depending upon location and service type. To apply for water service for a property that does not receive Louisville Water, click on New Service Application.
To open a new account at a location that already has Louisville Water service or to transfer an account to a different address, please call Customer Service at (502) 583-6610.
