Healthcare Provider courses are offered regularly. Pre-registration is required.* The fee is $50 per class per person, and includes the BLS for Healthcare Provider student workbook and a course completion card which is valid for 2 years.
Healthcare Provider class schedule:
Every Friday from 12-4pm and 1st & 3rd Wednesday each month from 9am-1pm
Pre-registration is required by 4pm the day before the class you wish to be enrolled in. You must pre-register at The Louisville Fire Department CPR Training Center located at 1135 W. Jefferson St. Louisville, KY 40203.
