4th Street Live! Site Plans Released

Mayor Jerry Abramson, The Hogan Group and The Cordish Company released today a preliminary site and tenant location plan, along with a schedule of projected tenant openings for the 4th Street Live! development.

“The excitement is about to begin,” Abramson said. “Over the next few months, Fourth Street Live! will literally come alive with restaurants, clubs and retail stores that give people more reasons to come downtown.”

Tenant openings will begin in late April with Foot Locker. Projected to open in May are: Red Star Tavern, T-Mobile, T.G.I. Friday’s, Hard Rock Cafe and the second level Food Court which includes Cold Stone Creamery, Wendy’s, Subway, Taipei Café and Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta.

In a series of rolling openings, additional tenants will open in June, July and August. Previously announced tenants include: Lucky Strike, Red Cheetah, Rascals Comedy Club, Funky Parrot, McFadden’s Bar and Restaurant, Borders Bookstore and Premier Fitness.

“We are tremendously pleased with the tenant mix at 4th Street Live! and look forward to getting these great venues open for the public to enjoy,” said Kimber Goodwin, Director of Marketing for The Cordish Company.

“Throughout the summer, we will conduct special events and promotions around each opening that will be catered to that specific concept. 4th Street Live! is one of the biggest entertainment developments in the country and we look forward to many, many years of success and involvement in the community.”
