“Talk to Greg”meetings set for
Jeffersontown, Valley, Atherton High Schools
Got a big idea for the city, or a small problem in your neighborhood? You can tell Mayor Greg Fischer or other city officials about it in person at three upcoming sessions at local schools.
“Talk to Greg” meetings are scheduled for July 11 at Jeffersontown High School, Sept. 12 at Valley High School and Nov. 14 at Atherton High.
“I always enjoy hearing directly from citizens on what’s working, what’s not working and how we can do things better,” Fischer said. “Whether it’s a big idea for moving our entire city forward, or something that impacts your neighborhood, I’m ready to listen.”
“Talk to Greg” meetings are held every other month on the second Monday of the month at locations throughout the city. They start at 6 p.m. At each meeting, Fischer is joined by city department directors, mayor’s office staff and Metro Councilmembers. All citizen suggestions and requests will be entered into a computerized city tracking system for follow up and response.
