Welcome to Live Help with MetroCall's customer service representatives. Live Help is usually available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If a MetroCall representative is available to chat with you, you will see a blue icon below. Just click it.

How it Works
MetroCall's Live Help is an online chat tool that allows a MetroCall Live Help operator to help you find information by quickly chatting online. Quite often the information you need is located on the city's website and a Live Help operator can point you in the right direction or offer any other answers to questions you may have.
Live Help uses pop-up windows to initiate a Live Help session. If you have installed a pop-up ad blocker, Live Help may not be available to you unless you disable pop-up ad blocking programs before entering.
Please DO NOT put confidential and personal information such as social security number, date of birth, bank account, credit card information, or medical information in your Live Help communications to MetroCall. Your privacy cannot be protected or insured during Live Help, email or web form transmission. See the Louisvilleky.gov Privacy Statement for more information.
