Committee Description
Comprises the Council President, and the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Democratic and Republican Caucuses. Consults with the President on the assignment of new business to standing committees. The Committee on Committees also approves the hiring and firing of Council central staff (admin, office, caucus, finance) and the Council annual budget submission pursuant to Council rules.
