Contracts

This committee processes all ordinances pertaining to professional services and other contracts in excess of the limits provided in the City’s annual budget. The committee should also approve all City commitments for long-term leases. Finally, this committee oversees the bidding system for all Governmental functions, purchasing, and minority and women participation.
