Committee Description
This committee considers legislation at the State and Federal levels. Sets priorities on legislation to pursue on behalf of the city at the Kentucky General Assembly and intergovernmental relations. Provides oversight and investigation as well as oversees information technology. The committee considers issues regarding transition and remedial ordinances related to governmental structure as required. Considers and makes recommendations relating to the operations of the Council, the operation of Council offices, rules regarding the Council conduct and sets travel regulations. Also oversees renovation and construction of Council Chambers and offices
